Application of Grey Correlation and Reversed Modeling Method on the Soft-measuring of Ball Mill Level
| Title | Application of Grey Correlation and Reversed Modeling Method on the Soft-measuring of Ball Mill Level |
| Abstract | Take the double in double out-ball mill as the research object,, the paper focus on the analysis of relevant ball mill operation parameters variables which will affect ball mill level. The multi-variable integration of technology was adopted in the paper. The technology which combine gray relational analysis and reversed modeling method were presented for ball mill level soft measuring. For multi-variable, strong coupling, nonlinear problems of the ball mill system, the models based on the slope, modified slope, relative variability and uniform association were established. Meanwhile, the advantages of the four correlation analysis method were analyzed in the paper. The analysis results show that the reversed model method could achieved the higher precision results when gray correlation method is applied to select the of input variables of the model. The slope association method is not only simple in calculation but also easy to understand the meaning. It is also showed that the presented methods are good at the models of ball mill level which is difficult to be measured directly on-line. |
