Then the actuality and use about CAD/CAM/CAE is discussed. That includes: plastic materialămolding machineămolding processămolding conditionăhotting and cooling equipment, and so on. Designing swage of injection mould concern some caculation which provides some academic basis for designing the auto pipeline bracket mould.The article describes the mould design of the auto pipeline bracket. The mould has sixteen cavities. It can produce eight pieces at once and assure quality, so it is efficiency. The innovation design includes movable mouldăstalionary mould and double deck tip system.Then, we adopt HsCAE3D 7.0 to analyze and forecast some physical parameters, such as, front flow locationăfusion lineăair pocket locationătemperature fieldăpress fieldăcutting force fieldăcutting speed fieldăsurface directionalăshrink indexădensity fieldălock-mould-force and so on. It can support several cooling structure simulately during cooling course, it can afford the data of mould cavity surface temperature distributing; It can forecast produce stress distributing after pushed out of mould cavity, which will provide for final warp and shrink analysis, and it can forecast production distortion thing after pushed out of mould cavity. Though these analysis data and dynamic simulation, we can optimize feed systerm design and craftwork condition markedly. Finally It will shorten design period, decrease try-mould time, improve produce quality, and achieve the aim of debasing produce cost.
