The hull structure is a typical welded structure. The welding is a extremely process of the high temperature, the dynamic state and the instantaneous state. and also produce the welding stress and deformation. The welding stress and deformation makes the strength and toughness of the hull structure decreased, and also makes the stress corrosion cracking of the welding spot, which leads to unfavorable influence on fracture characteristics, fatigue strength, form and dimensional precision of structure. The profile butt-welding is the most typical welding structure of ship welding ,it includes the butt welding of outer plate, the butt welding of panel, the butt welding of web plate, the angle joint of outer plate and web plate. Using the numerical simulation analysis to analyse the welding temperature and the stress strain field ,and simulate the welding stress and the welding deformation from different kinds of welding sequence. Analysing the welding result in order to obtain the reasonable welding procedure plan.Establishing the finite element model of the profile butt-welding ,and simplifying the fem model welding . Using the APDL to compile the welding procedure, in order to realize the moveable loading of the welding heat source and realize the cooling of the welding. Analysing the temperature field and the stress field of different kinds of the welding sequence of the profile butt-welding, conclusing the welding stress and the welding deformation of the welded components in different kinds of the welding orders.Analysing the results, the author concludes that the welding seam of the post-welding component has a larger residual stress, especially the fillet weld, the web butt weld and the intersecion of panel butt weld has the most residual stress. The difference welding sequence is no more influence to the deformation of components, and the components’ strain is contralizing the welding zone; under the difference welding sequence the tensile stress of the component stress changes more, but the compressive stress changes less; under the sequence of the web butt weld-the fillet weld-the panel butt weld-the outer butt weld ,the residual stress of components is the least. Optimization Study on Welding Sequence of the Nautical Profile Butt Welding provide important basis for optimization design of the welding technology in practical shipbuilding.
