Research on Engineering Project Cost Management of LongDing Power Transmission & Transformation Company

With the deepening of the power system reforming, a market competition mechanism is formed gradually, and the production and management system of the power transmission and transformation enterprises also are changed profoundly. This paper systematically analyzes the management situation and problems of project cost management in this company, and uses the relevant theories to propose some perfect measures. Meanwhile, combined with the realities, the paper studies the process and methods of preparation in construction quota, which plays significance and practical for strengthening the application of construction quota. What’s more, in order to make good economic benefits, it makes integrated control of engineering project cost and schedule based on the earned value method, and takes corrective measures after cost deviation analysis.
