In the new century, shipbuilding industry develops rapidly, competition within the whole industry become increasingly fierce. Under this situation, many shipyards actively pursue a more efficient shipbuilding model to enhance the shipbuilding competitiveness in the market. On the domestic present stage, the main factors constraining the efficiency of shipbuilding is the mass of the block can not be increased by the restriction of lifting capacity, so that the pre-outfitting level, pre-coating level are all affected, resulting in a long life cycle of docks, and speed of shipbuilding is difficult to raise.Through the analysis of the paper, we can arrive at a conclusion that changes in shipbuilding model is fundamental to improve efficiency in shipbuilding. The super block construction method not only improves the efficiency and output of shipbuilding, but also reduces investment costs, and rapid forming production and so on.Firstly, kinds of technological equipments carrying super block are analyzed. By contrast, two more suitable dragging equipments are chosen and analyzed in detail. In the paper, I take the 300000 tons VLCC for example, the process of dragging and launching are analyzed and calculated. The study established the mechanics model on the situation of dragging by skidway. The influence on optimization-calculation for dragging technological equipments by ground load, the pressure of plancons, load distribution on skidway has been researched. Based on the finite element method, established a sliding shoe’s finite element optimization model. Making volume as the optimization objective, von mises stress of the structure as the state variable, various structural parameters of skidshoe are optimized. In addition, the selection of hoist, cable and skidshoe bolts is got a detailed calculation and analysis.Secondly, by theoretical calculation model for marine airbag research, airbag will be simplified into several springs which are formed into spring group, and the super block is simplified into variable cross-section beams, thus establishing the mechanical model of airbag dragging model. The method of dragging heaviest super block has been also studied and analyzed.Finally, the other accessorial technological equipments used in super block transport system are conducted a detailed analysis and research, such as connecting beams, fenders and many other equipments. In this paper, for the first time, the technological equipments on the stage of dragging and launching in super block construction method are investigated as subject, through the mechanical analysis and mechanical model, it provides a theoretical basis for the super block transportation system. It provides a foundation for Chinese shipyards using super block construction method in china.
