In this thesis, the reality reliability of engineering structure is analyzed by the finite element analysis ANSYS. And the structure reliability’s background is introduced. The Monte Carlo Method and the Response Surface Method are mainly expatiated in this paper. According to the module of ANSYS about probability analysis (PDS module), the reliability of some engineering members is analyzed from two aspects, the average stress of the whole structure and the maximum displacement about top point of structural element.The research mainly includes the following contents:1. The Monte Carlo Method and the Response Surface Method are two important methods used for calculating the degree of reliability. The Monte Carlo Method is irrelevant to the number of dimensions and the calculated result is precise. But this method needs too many calculation times. So it is fit to calculate the reliability of the function with explicit expression. The Response Surface Method is adequate to calculate the reliability of the function without explicit expression. If combining with finite element analysis, this method is worth of being used.2. After calculating some examples the author analyzes the engineering structure’s reliability through that about the maximum displacement about top point of structural element and the average stress of the whole structure, and finds the main influence factors.
