The pneumatic system has relatively simple,non-polluting,low cost,and a series of significant other advantages, make it widely used in mechanical manufacturing industry and other professions. In recent years, with the development of piezoelectric materials,the characteristic of electromechanical conversion about piezoelectric material was introduced as electromechanical converter into the pneumatic valve which is accelerated the development of pneumatic technology.Piezoelectric driven using the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric crystals formed driving force, displacement of piezoelectric crystals has a good linear relationship with the input signal, convenient control,high driving force, with strong ability to load,Low consumption,fast response,it will be seen as driving element to replace electromagnetic coils for creating pneumatic servo valve,which can realize miniaturization for servo valve and precisely controlling to the output signal.According to the actual situation,the article offers a compromise between the simplicity and accuracy of servo valve model in this paper,and ignores some secondary factors.Thus the mathematical model of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve was established,which not only can reflect the intrinsic property of system,but aslo simplify the calculation and analysis of process.In this paper,the results of simulation analysis through software MATLAB and AMEsim are showed:frequency of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve is 313Hz, bandwidth reaches 438Hz, Unit step response time is 3.3 ms, and it is able to fast and accurately track input signal.so, the good dynamic characteristic of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve was verified.The characteristic of pneumatic servo valve was researching by exerting PID control and PID neural network control, and obtaining the response time of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve is approximately 3.1 ms through exerting PID control. And the use of PID neural network controller, unit step response time of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve s shortened 2.8 ms. And the latter has a strong fast and accurate tracking abilities for the input signal.After that,we comparatived analysis the simulation curve basing on two controls.Finally,summary the research work of the piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve,and proposed the focus and direction of the research at a later time.
