| Abstract | For the supersonic flight of bullets and artillery shells of these objects, to study its speed measurement methods and technology for getting the muzzle velocity and flight path of a bullet or a shell in the shooting range test, is of great significance.The dual-light screen velocity measuring system researched by our laboratory has passed the shooting range test. It has realized high-precision measurement, and it’s measurement accuracy is less than 0.05%.But the dual-light screen velocity measuring system has some problems in mechanical structure and fixed method, such as heavy, not easy to carry, difficult to use, used in a lot of devices, cumbersome structure, etc. To solve the above problems, this topic has designed a variable target distance reflective-light screen, precision velocity measuring system, ensuring the same accuracy of muzzle velocity measuring. This system also increased the scope of the target, optimized of the mechanical structure of the speed-test target, greatly reduced the volume. So it was more convenient in the wild environment.The main work includes:1. Design the overall program of the reflective-light screen precision velocity measuring system and analyzed the accuracy of the system;2. Completed the optical design of some parameters,include the choose of detector and Laser. Derived the formula of detection range, and discussed of the impact parameters. The system parameters can be selected to meet the needs of the target surface areas, and verified through experiments.3. Completed the design of mechanical parts of reflective-light screen precision velocity measuring system, including lasers and detectors holder, shell, etc, Also completed the processing and system assemblage.4. Completed the design and debugging of the system’s circuit parts, including laser-driven module, optoelectronic signal acquisition and processing module, signal reception and control module and data transmission module;5. Completed the design and debugging of the ARM-based embedded control software and PC operating software; |
