| Abstract | At present, linear motor had been wildly used in motion control field. Academic circle and industrial circle at home and abroad focus on how to implement higher accuracy and higher response on linear motor. In this paper, the designed of embedded linear motor controller on SOPC that software and hardware can be clipping. The main research production of the paper is:(1)Analysis the features of tradition incremental PID algorithm and fuzzy algorithm, and combined fuzzy algorithms with tradition incremental PID algorithm, use the fuzzy control rules to adjust the parameter of PID on-line, and achieve intelligent control algorithm.(2)Modeling the dynamic mathematical model of linear motor, and established double close-loops control strategy, which use fuzzy incremental PID algorithms in position-loop. The simulation result show the fuzzy incremental PID has more dynamic and static performance than tradition PID.(3)The whole system is completed, consist of software and hardware design. For the hardware design program, Nios II processor core and peripherals with Avalon Switch Bus connection have been designed. Such as PWM module, position detection module, fuzzy incremental PID module etc, and test the design idea from function and timing simulation. As for the software design, main program of software have designed in Nios II IDE development environment.At this kind of design, a high-performance, low power-consumption, intelligent, integration embedded linear motor controller was designed by SOPC technology that can shorter the design cycle, save development casts, improve the reliability of system, makes the system easier to upgrade. |
